Tape and Reel

Device Dynamics tape & reel services are unsurpassed in the industry. Our facility has years of tape and reel experience, providing you with the quality of seasoned experts. We have the capacity to process millions of parts per month. From SOT’s to large BGA’s, we have the right equipment and capacity to handle your volume lots. Whether your product is in tubes, trays, or bulk, we are equipped to 3D scan and tape it to your specifications.

Mark and Demark

Device Dynamics is committed to providing our customers with the finest marking and demarking service available to the semiconductor industry. Our guarantees of quality, combined with fast and effective service, have made us the leading subcontractor in this field.

Mark

We only use the finest materials in our mark processes. Our inks are selected for adhesion on all plastics, ceramics, metal, and gold lidded parts. The curing process is available in bake-cure as well as air-dry. We have a range of top quality marking machines on our production floor, which gives us the capability of marking on virtually any semiconductor device, including MLF, BGA, QFP, TSOP, SSOP, SOIC, PLCC, PDIP, and CDIP.

Demark

Device Dynamics has state of the art demark capabilities. Our proprietary demark process, in conjunction with our commitment to quality, enables Device Dynamics to offer rapid turn times on all devices sent to us for mark removal with exceptional results. We provide this service on all plastic, ceramic, and even gold lidded parts.

Bake and Dry Pack

Device Dynamics has bake and dry pack capabilities. We can meet the most stringent requirements to ensure that your parts are properly stored.
